A big part of our local community - Our Veterinary Practice has been an integral part of our local community since February 2010. In that time, we’ve helped thousands of our clients cats & dogs, rabbits, rats and even a few birds.
So… this is awkward.
On Cyber Monday, our system decided to get festive and started applying a special discount to consultation fees. We did all the sensible IT things – poked it, tested it, rebooted it – and it stubbornly kept the discount in place.
Rather than fight it, we’ve decided to honour the glitch and let our clients enjoy the savings for a limited time.
For a short period, our system is automatically discounting consultation fees only (not medications, food, surgery, or other services).
Here’s the schedule:
After 28 February 2026, the glitch “expires” and consultations go back to full price, to be replaced by a more formal loyalty scheme.

The discount applies to consultation fees only. All other charges are billed at normal rates.
The glitch isn’t completely random – it only applies to clients who meet both of these conditions:
If both of these are true when our system does its nightly check, you’ll be marked as eligible and the appropriate discount for that month will be automatically applied to your consultation.

If you have any unpaid invoices and you:
then after the overnight update, you may become eligible from your next visit (as long as your total spend is also over $100 in the last 12 months).
That means:
Pay everything off today → from your next visit (before 28 Feb 2026), the discount can apply to your consult, provided you still meet the rules.
If, for example, you’ve spent $99 in the last 12 months:
